Hotel 1829 was originally designed by an Italian architect in a Spanish motif and constructed with Danish and African labor.It took over ten years to build the hotel and was finally completed in 1829. The hotel gardens have been recently restored to splendor. The lush tropical gardens have been designed for special events, weddings and the enjoyment of our hotel guests.

In addition to private baths, air conditioning, and cable television, many rooms have private balconies. Chose from spacious or cozy rooms, each with their own fresh, new look and special charm. The hotel is focused on adults, and is not suited for children under 12.
