Deposit Policy: Credit card deposits are required for first 2 nights.
Cancellation Policy: a faxed or e-mailed notice required 14 days for Winter season reservations, 7 days for Summer reservations, prior to arrival date. Shorter notice will result in forfeiting the first night's deposit, surcharge, and tax.

Special Requests: requests for specific room locations are noted and given every possible consideration, but cannot be guaranteed.

Early checkout: forfeit amount of one night's stay.

Please inquire upon making your reservation about a rollaway bed, if needed.
